RETURN POLICY

The purchase of these products shall be governed by the following general conditions, which the buyer accepts without exception. The contracting terms and the purchase process are presented in both English and Spanish.

These general conditions of purchase apply to all products and services offered on the website and may be modified without prior notice, without affecting purchases already made.

The parties involved in this contract are:

• The buyer or customer, being the person who purchases the products.

Corecel Bio SL offers access to premium dietary supplements through a multibrand platform (www.corecel.es), carefully curated to ensure maximum bioavailability and scientific integrity, aligning with our commitment to innovation and excellence in wellness and longevity.

Buyers on the website will have access to the following services within their user account:

Contracting Process Steps

Product Selection

While browsing our website, you will find all our products organized by category. To purchase, select the desired quantity and click the “Buy” button to add items to the cart in the upper right-hand corner.

Order Confirmation

Once the shopping cart is accepted, the website will display a summary of selected products. The buyer can increase or remove quantities, or apply a discount code.

To add new products, repeat the steps in “Product Selection.”

If not logged in, the user must enter shipping information and select a payment method. At this step, the applicable shipping terms will be shown. You may also add delivery instructions, though we cannot guarantee the carrier will follow them.

If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the appropriate field.

To complete the purchase, select one of the available payment methods. Some may require additional verification (such as logging into a payment platform or online banking). You must also accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

At the end of the purchase, a summary will be displayed and also sent to your provided email address.

In cases where there is a delay between payment and deposit, the delivery period will not begin until the payment is confirmed.

If you are the holder of a credit card and detect fraudulent activity on our website, please notify us immediately at info@corecel.es

If you wish to cancel your order after purchase but before shipment, contact us at info@corecel.es for assistance.

Product Delivery

The delivery time is determined by the selected shipping company. Under normal conditions, delivery is as shown during the checkout process, based on your chosen method. Estimated delivery: 24–72 hours. The countdown begins once the “order ready” notification is sent.

In case of a delay caused solely by the carrier, the seller shall not be held liable. Once the product has shipped, the carrier is fully responsible for any damages, exempting the seller. However, if any issues arise, please contact: info@corecel.es

In cases of force majeure or issues unrelated to us or the carrier, the indicated delivery timeframe may not be met. If you haven’t received your order, please contact: info@corecel.es

Pricing

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

Shipping is free on orders over €70. 

Once payment is completed, all conditions herein are deemed accepted without exception.

Offers and promotions will be explicitly stated. A price that is excessively low or €0 will be understood as a system error, and the purchase process for that item will not be completed. For questions, write to: info@corecel.es

Order Preparation Time

Preparation time is approximately 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase.

However, this depends on stock availability. If stock is insufficient, Corecel Bio SL will contact the buyer to inform them and offer an alternative.

Returns

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, in some cases—before the shipping confirmation has been issued—you may request a change or cancellation by contacting customer service at info@corecel.es provided the product hasn’t left our logistics center.

The buyer will not bear any return costs; these will be covered by the seller.

Return Process

All products purchased at www.corecel.es can be returned and refunded, provided the return request is made within 14 calendar days of receipt and the following conditions are met:

1. Defective Goods

Corecel Bio SL  is responsible for minimizing defective products. In compliance with the money-back guarantee, the amount paid will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).

If the package has been tampered with (opened, broken, empty, etc.), the buyer will be refunded under the money-back guarantee, and shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

Steps to follow:

1. Take photos showing the damage.

2. Email info@corecel.es with full product details.

3. Once we receive your email, we’ll provide return instructions. Generally, you’ll return the item via Correos as a cash-on-delivery return.

2. Return Due to Withdrawal

Use the original cardboard box if possible. If not, use protective packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Products must be unused and in their original condition (including packaging, manuals, and accessories).

Refunds will be issued only for unopened products.

After the return request is received, we will refund the product(s) within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Include a copy of the invoice in the package, with returned items marked.

Steps to follow:

1. Email info@corecel.es with all product details.

2. Prepare the return package.

3. Follow the instructions we’ll send you to return the product via Correos as a cash-on-delivery shipment.

What Corecel Bio SL will do 

• Inspect the returned items and inform you if a refund is applicable.

• Issue the refund if the reason is valid and not due to customer negligence.

• Process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

• Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the seller.

• Items that are used or opened will not be refunded.

• Product formats may vary slightly due to packaging or formulation updates. Returns will not be processed in such cases if the reference remains the same.

Shipping is free on orders over €100. Subscriptions include free shipping on both the first and following deliveries.

Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on product availability and delivery location.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, personal data will be processed for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Corecel Bio SL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If the buyer disagrees, they may delete their user account.

Limitation of Liability

If Corecel Bio SL suffers damages due to misconduct, illegality, malpractice, or negligence by any party, the responsible party agrees to compensate Corecel Bio SL.

Corecel Bio SL is not liable for health issues caused by negligent use of its products by the buyer or third parties.

Corecel Bio SL does not assume responsibility for individual health conditions or outcomes resulting from the use of dietary supplements. All users are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement regimen, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. The information provided on our website does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Gowerning law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising in relation to the provision of products will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer legislation.
