Ingredients (per sachet):
Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate) — 1,000 mg (1250% NRV)
Phospholipids (from soy lecithin) — 1,000 mg
 of which phosphatidylcholine — 500 mg
Other ingredients: Deionised water, preservative [ethanol 12% w/w], citric acid
Free from: Gluten, dairy, yeast, hexane, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours.

Directions for use:
30 sachets — 1 sachet per day.
Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. Squeeze contents into a small amount of water or juice, swirl, and drink in one gulp. Alternatively, fold into yoghurt.
