Why we selected it
Better-use curcumin. Curcuminoids are potent—but notoriously hard to absorb. Cursol® applies a solubilisation system (emulsifier + stabiliser) to help curcumin disperse in water, aiming to support bioavailability without pepper extracts or heavy oils.
Synergy that makes sense. Quercetin (a flavonoid) pairs with vitamin C (antioxidant, collagen support), bromelain (proteolytic enzyme), and nettle leaf 4:1—a practitioner-style quartet often chosen for seasonal balance and everyday cellular defence.

Turmeric dry extract (Curcuma longa L., rhizome) — 580 mg

Other ingredients / Cursol® complex: calcium phosphates (stabiliser), polysorbate 80 (emulsifier), turmeric dry extract; capsule shell: HPMC; excipients: rice starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use

Directions for use (30-day guide):
