Ingredients

Per serving (20 g) — base formula includes a blend of:

Functional protein: high-quality whey protein concentrate (WPC80) with lactase for easier digestion.
Creatine (Creapure®) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) to support muscle metabolism and physical recovery.
Adaptogenic and hormone-related botanical extracts: Sensoril® ashwagandha, chasteberry (Vitex), sage, black cohosh (Cimicifuga), angelica, maca, fenugreek, damiana, mugwort.
Antioxidants & cellular cofactors: coenzyme Q10 (Kaneka®), astaxanthin (AstaReal®), vitamins C, E (α-TE), A, and minerals zinc, selenium, manganese.
Gut support: prebiotic fibres (Inavea™ blend, baobab + acacia), flaxseed, and probiotics (MegaFlora 9 EVO®, VGA-1).
Digestive support: lactase enzyme to help with lactose digestion.

Also includes essential amino acids such as glycine, glutamine, lysine, proline and tryptophan — contributing to structural and metabolic support.

How to use

Mix 1 scoop (≈ 20 g) with about 200–300 ml of water, plant milk or your favourite beverage. Shake or stir until fully dissolved. For increased physical demands or training periods, up to 2 scoops (≈ 40 g) per day may be used.
